The removable insert means you can take it out and give it a really good scrub after use to ensure that all stains are removed. You can easily turn the pad inside out to clean. Most of the blood came out just with cold water and any stubborn stains were swiftly removed with bunchafarmers stain remover stick which I also purchased from this site. One of the only reusable pads that can withstand a 60 degree wash and going in the tumble dryer makes these pads super easy to use. I use these on my heaviest days because they make me feel super secure. Seller is really lovely, knowledgeable and quick to respond!
