BunchaFarmers Natural Stain Removing Stick

This is an all natural stain remover stick which really works on cloth pads! Smells great too (and I mean REALLY great!)- divinely lemony.

To use: Run your used pad under the hot tap to cover the splodgy area, then rub the stain stick over the area until a little froth develops. Store your pad in a waterproof Wet Bag until wash day. It's actually pretty easy

INGREDIENTS:  Saponified oils of coconut (40%), canola and sustainably farmed palm oil, litsea cubeba essential oil, lemon essential and enhanced with borax. There are no artificial dyes or perfumes, just the fresh, clean scent of natural lemon and the deodorizing power of litsea.

Blurb from BunchaFarmers:  works on grass, red wine, ketchup, blood, grease, underarm stains, and so much more. Your favourite blouse, your grandmother's lace tablecloth, your child's car seat, even your walls and carpets.

NB. It is always best to use WARM water when prepping for the wash.

Great

Gets out really stubborn stains such as chocolate and blood.

Handy little stain remover, but not as effective as I'd hoped.

I wonder whether you tried to use it on pads that had already been washed and dried. I have to say, the best way to avoid stains is to prevent them in the first place. I recommend using the stain stick from new, from the very first wash. Once a stain has set in it is much harder to remove it completely, sometimes you will only get a lightening of the stain.
Also, everyone's blood is different, and some stains more than others, and sometimes the same woman's blood will stain differently over the years, sometimes staining more, sometimes staining less. The best advice is to use the stain stick every time you use your pads, and right from the get go. This way you will avoid stains ever taking hold.
I hope that helps :)
