This is a great pad for heavier bladder leaks or heavier menstrual flow where the normal Slim Mega doesn't last you long enough. The Sandwich pad will cope with up to 12 medium gushes before getting saturated. The design is just as comfortable as the normal Slim Mega, so it is a great choice when you don't want the bulk of the Mega pad.
The Sandwich pad comes with an additional long insert as well as a round one. The round insert can be placed up the front of the inside of the pad to bring a good amount of absorbency here where it is needed. Buy extra inserts if you need to!
