Honour Your Flow breast pads measure a generous 11cm across, and are very absorbent. The normal sized ones are made from a single layer of organic cotton velour or organic cotton fleece on top and backed with either organic cotton jersey (PUL layer inside); polyester fleece or undyed organic wool. The extra thicks have two top layers and are backed with a thin but completely waterproof PUL layer. All are machine washable up to 60'.
