The Regular pads all have two inner layers of organic cotton fleece, and are suitable for light and medium flow period days. They are backed with our organic cotton jersey, and have a discreet and hidden layer of waterproof PUL inside.
If you are using the Regular Flow pads for incontinence, then they will cope with drips, small dribbles, maybe one small gush.
