A massive pad suitable for the heaviest flow imaginable. This has the lovely Red Moon hand painted organic cotton velour on top, two layers of organic cotton fleece stitched into the pad, and two extra layers of organic cotton fleece made into a removable insert. This means you can use the pad with or without the extra layers, so it doubles as a night pad for normal flow. You can also buy extra inserts to make the pad even thicker. Black organic cotton jersey backing and an inner waterproof layer of PUL right through the pad. A period pad for total protection. Washable up to 60'.

The Mega pad is ideal for extremely heavy flow - post partum bleeding, menopausal flooding, very very heavy periods, etc. It also makes a good incontinence pad for full gushes.
