Made from organic cotton velour in our Twilight colour scheme on top, two layers of organic cotton fleece stitched inside and a removable insert/ booster of organic cotton fleece, making a total of five absorbent layers. The whole Mega pad is lined with waterproof PUL, and all backed with organic cotton jersey. The double poppers prevent sideways slippage. The Mega pad is designed for women with the heaviest flow; women who soak through the thickest disposables in 10 minutes or less. Machine wash up to 60'. These pads are very big - only buy them if you are sure that's what you need!

The Mega pad is ideal for extremely heavy flow - post partum bleeding, menopausal flooding, very very heavy periods, etc. It also makes a good incontinence pad for full gushes.

Open at the bottom to dry quicker and allow extra inserts if needed

Weak Bladder / Incontinence Rating: 7/8 - low bladder control, heavy urge incontinence, but it won't take a full bladder
