A nice lightweight pantyliner in 100% organic cotton jersey (like a good quality t-shirt material). This is the Micro pad, which is just about the size of the gusset of your undies, and therefore ideal for everyday freshness as a pantyliner. This pad is also fine for light flow period days, especially if you are petite (UK trouser size 6-8). Backed with a lightweight 100% organic cotton with a thin layer of waterproof PUL hidden inside. Machine washable up to 60'.
