This is the pad you want for your regular flow days. It has two inner layers of 100% organic cotton fleece and is backed with black 100% organic cotton jersey, and also has a layer of waterproof PUL inside. Measuring 14" long this pad is suitable for women who are UK trouser size 20 and above. The hourglass shape means it is very slim fitting and comfortable to wear, and the double poppers hold it in place. Machine washable up to 60'
