Amethyst Slim Mega Pad - Organic Cotton Reusable Sanitary Pad

A mighty pad for your very heavy days, measuring 13.5" and 3.5" at the gusset. This pad is one of the thickest we make, with four inner layers of organic cotton fleece as well as the top layer of velour. The Slim Mega pad also has an inner layer of waterproof PUL, and is backed with organic cotton jersey, making this surprisingly slim line for a great big heavy flow pad! The double poppers prevent sideways slippage. Lovely and snuggly, this pad will stay soft wash after wash even without tumbling. Machine washable up to 60'.

Many HYF happily use our pads for weak bladder issues. The thing to remember is that the bigger the pad, the more fabric there is, which means the more absorbent the pad. The Slim Mega is a very large pad, so can cope with quite serious gushes.
