Natural Slim Mega Pad - Organic Cotton Reusable Period Pad Incontinence Pad

This is a very big pad for your very heavy period days, measuring 13.5" and 3.5" at the gusset. This pad is one of the thickest we make, with four inner layers of 100% organic cotton fleece as well as the top layer of velour. The Slim Mega pad also has an inner layer of waterproof PUL, and is backed with 100% organic cotton jersey. Customers who have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity tell us that the undyed pads do not irritate them, so these pads are ideal for anyone worried about skin reactions.

The double poppers prevent sideways slippage. Lovely and snuggly, this pad will stay soft wash after wash even without tumbling. Machine washable up to 60'.

Many of our customers find our pads are very good for weak bladder problems, and this undyed colour scheme is probably the most popular for that use. The thing to remember is that the bigger the pad, the more fabric there is, which means the more absorbent the pad. The Slim Mega is a very large pad, so can cope with quite serious gushes.
