A regular pad in the size of the HYF Maxi pad. This is a good long pad, measuring 11" by 3", and will suit you if you are a UK trouser size 14 and above. Very comfortable to wear as the shape fits to the shape of your body, and the double poppers prevent any sideways slippage.  Our pads are a vegan zero waste option for your eco-periods. Black is a great colour to match your period undies, and also because it doesn't stain. Machine wash up to 60'. 
Many HYF customers have found that our sanitary pads are ideal for weak bladder issues too.

I’m new to HYF pads but am already in love! This pad is super comfortable. The sizing is perfect and the material is lovely and soft (previous cloth pads have felt a bit bulky and stiff). I love the colour designs and can feel how much love and care goes into creating each pad. I’ve always had a good relationship with my cycle and am passionate about menstrual cycle awareness, but these pads have taken my connection to my period it to the next level! I can’t wait for my period now and would just like to wear these beautiful pussy pillows all the time! ♥️
