Blackberry Slim Mega Pad - Organic Cotton Reusable Period Pad

I have a variety of these now which I use for mild incontinence. I have found normal disposable pads were causing irritation. No issues with these, very comfortable and just Chuck in the washing machine

I bought this for an elderly lady with sudden rush incontinence issues and this pad is a good solution for day-time use. Very pleased to have an organic cotton washable product as both the user and I are concerned about the environment and are keen to avoid unnecessary waste. Just about to order more pads.

I was originally looking for a menstrual cup but was unsure of the correct size. I used the contact form to email. The disc was suggested to be better for me. I’ve just had my first period since purchasing the disc. The recommendation was perfect for me. I had zero leaks. Even through a Pilates workout. Emptying is a little messy but I’m sure with more practice that will get easier and failing that I’ll do that in the shower. Stayed in place all day without me having to worry about leaking or changing pads. Couldn’t feel it when it was in either. Thank you so much for taking the time to discuss my needs. These pads are amazing, I have converted and now have a week's worth of pads from this website that I swear by on my period. I have sensitive skin and extra heavy flow so disposable pads were causing me skin problems and rashes, which went away when switching to reusable cloth pads. These are also more absorbent than disposable ones and the slim mega is perfect for the first three days of period I can comfortably wear them at night or at work and not have them leak even though my flow is extra heavy.

These pads are comfortable and good to wear. They contain leakage of urine very well. I wash mine on 60oC they wear very well.

Just what I needed. Post menopausal and an overactive bladder. These give me confidence when I am wearing leggings in the gym. Perfect.

A really great idea to make the mega pad more absorbent but able to dry quickly. Fits in well too. I don’t know how I’d be coping right now with crazy menopausal bleeding without my mega and slim mega pads! Thank you HYF 😊

I have comfort, in the knowledge I'm doing the best I can choosing washable reusable sanitary cloth pads. Here, now I'm much older in years but enjoying like my grandmother would have done using washable pads. This product is made with great care consideration and thought. The press studs that are there to hold the pad in place are durable. I have felt confident from the start because the fabric layers lock in my period flow whereas disposable pads don't. I have been using HYF reusable towels for years. These little ones are great for light days and ovulation days.

Very comfy, absorbent, no odour, very pleased with these.
