SMALL Classic Ring Me Luna Menstrual Cup

Me Luna Classic - it is soft and has good elasticity. It is suitable for most women, and is easy to use. Made in Germany from TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)

All Me Luna cups come with full instructions of how to insert and how to clean. They also come with an organic cotton storage pouch.
SMALL
The Me Luna Small is one of the smallest menstrual cups worldwide. If you are slim, petite build, under 170cm (5'5) , had no vaginal births, then the Small could be the right cup for you. If you are heavier, have had vaginal births, you may still suit the Me Luna Small, if your pelvic floor muscles are strong (like if you do Pilates or are very fit generally). Please contact me if you need help choosing the right size for you, as we have the magic Me Luna Size Finder chart! info@honouryourflow.co.uk

Example:

Kerry is 5'5, slim build, small frame, had no vaginal births and has a very heavy flow. She uses the Me Luna Classic Small.

Joanna is 5'3 medium build and had no vaginal births. She uses the Me Luna Classic Small. If she was heavier, she might need the Medium.

Kate is 5'4, slim build, and has had two vaginal births. She does regular Pilates, so her pelvic floor muscles are strong. She uses the Small Classic cup. If she hadn't done the Pilates, she would need the Medium.

The Ring cup is possibly the best one for the total beginner, as the ring is easy to get hold of to remove! It is a tiny bit longer than the Ball stem.

This was to replace my previous one, which I’ve had for a few years.
This is equally as good, comfortable and easy to use.
Good quality product.

A game changer

This is a replacement, I’ve been using these for years now and they are fantastic. This brand particularly are comfortable, easy to use and no leaks.

The cup leaks

The cup is fairly comfortable and easy to put in and take out, however it leaks when it’s not even half full. This meant that I had to take it out every couple of hours on the first day of my period and put a pad in just in case, which defeats the purpose of a cup.
I genuinely expected much better from this cup, I have used the Mooncup in the past and never had any leaks. The reason why I wanted to try Luna was the ring, which made it slightly easier to take out.

Menstrual cups can be tricky to get the hang of to start with, but also, if the fit isn't right they will leak. They will leak if the cup is too small (it won't form a proper seal in your vaginal canal, because it's not touching the side properly), and they can also leak if they are too big (because the cup can't open fully, so it is sort of squished and again there is no seal. You probably have one of these issues going on I would think, unless you have very strong pelvic floor muscles which are pressing on the (correct size) cup and breaking the seal, in which case you should go for a SPORT cup rather than the CLASSIC. (This is part of the email I sent to the customer in reply to this review. I hope she found the right size in the end. Always feel free to contact us at HYF if you need any help at all with cup sizing)
