Our Regular thickness pad, with extra length for those who need it. This pad is suitable for your average flow days, and also makes a good Night pad for a small framed woman or teen. Northern Lights is a spectacular mix of bright turquoise, purples and greens in 100% organic cotton velour with a black 100% organic cotton jersey backing and a discreet layer of waterproof PUL inside as well as two layers of thick absorbent 100% organic cotton fleece.  Shown here in UK size 16 undies. All pads are machine washable up to 60'.

I’m new to HYF pads but am already in love! This pad is super comfortable. The sizing is perfect and the material is lovely and soft (previous cloth pads have felt a bit bulky and stiff). I love the colour designs and can feel how much love and care goes into creating each pad. I’ve always had a good relationship with my cycle and am passionate about menstrual cycle awareness, but these pads have taken my connection to my period it to the next level! I can’t wait for my period now and would just like to wear these beautiful pussy pillows all the time! ♥️

Soft, absorbant, pretty, good length. I find it perfect for night time after the first heavy flow has slowed down.

Love love LOVE these. I find these longer ones better for me too. I''m actually 10-12 but the length gives me more confidence to do anything eg. Exercise. Wish I had discovered cloth san pro years ago. Never going back to sweaty betty disposable ones! Thanks HYF X
