A lovely Starter Pack to get you going with the basics. The exact colours will vary depending on what is in stock. Your Starter Pack contains two 8" Mini pads for light 'spotting' days, two 9" Regular pads for average flow days, and a thick 11" Maxi pad for heavier days, also a coloured Wash Bag and an organic cotton PUL lined Carry Pouch, as well as some other surprise HYF goodies.

It's just to get you started. Once you know which suits you best, you can come back and complete your stash. You may well want to add one of our famous Night pads to your Starter Pack, so that you are totally covered at night.

The Starter Packs now include our Menstrual Cycle Phases fride magnet and the HYF Cycle Charting Pen along with 2 Cycle Charts so you can keep a log of your cycle changes.

Delighted with all my recent products from HYF. The Starter pack was so successful I promptly ordered more to build up my stash. All the pads are beautifully made, are extremely comfortable to wear and wash superbly. Irritation is a thing of the past!

Being a first timer to use reusable pads I was a bit nervous about it all but getting the Starter Pack was the best choice I could've made! I was so impressed with the care that was taken with all the details in the pack and the little extras that made it that much more fun (even my partner was a bit envious about all my goodies!). Having decided to try them out and hearing how much Lisa Lister (author of Code Red) raved about the experience of these I couldn't imagine I would be feeling the same but they were AMAZING! I have a 7 day full heavy intense flow and didn't know how I'd do with these but I tried all the different sizes based on what flow I had and I was so impressed! It also felt so luxurious to have these beautiful soft fleecy numbers there instead of using tampons or disposable pads. My body is thanking me a million times over and I actually look forward to my bleed now because I get to use these. For anyone not sure if it's worth it, I'd say definitely try these out, you won't regret it!

I received my starter parcel yesterday, right on time, so i got to test them out right away. They are beautiful, very very well made, extremely comfortable, and they are coping very well with the first very heavy days, which I have found the mooncup sometimes cannot cope with, nor can any disposables.
I feel very secure with these on, and not hot or itchy, which can make the lady bits sore, so that is wonderful...i have already ordered some more of these wonderful pads, i would say dont even think about it, just try them, they are excellent. The lovely little extras in the starter pack are a lovely touch aswell. Eagerly awaiting the next package....

I received my parcel this morning, and I am so pleased! The pads are beautiful and there are lots to try! I ordered the starter pack (although I already have 2 pads, which I love!) it was a good way of getting different pads at a good price.

Soft and comfortable

I have been using pads from this company for about 7 years. As I have some stress incontinence I use them daily and some are beginning to wear out. I have also put on a little weight and decided to stock up on the longer ones as I was getting some leakage with the regular ones. Very happy with them at the moment.

I'll never use disposables again!

I bought 2 mediums from here a couple of years ago. They worked so wonderfully I bought 2 more a few months later. All 4 are still in excellent condition! I treated myself to 2 in a bigger size which just arrived & are so soft, I can't wait to use them. They came really quickly too! Every woman deserves this level of menstrual comfort.

Game changer

These reusable pads are a game changer for stress incontinence. I feel so much more confident using them. Very comfortable, stay in place and easy to wash. Will not be returning to disposable pads. Highly recommended

I am absolutely loving the HonourYourFlow pads that I have purchased. as a menopausal-ish woman with a very irregular flow & really appreciate using their organic cottons pads over usual tampons & pads.
They are easy to wash & always look perfect afterwards.
I use mini & regular pads - am a size 12

Have been using reusable pads for awhile. These however are the best I've found they are so soft. Really absorbent, no smells. Feel super confident wearing them. 100% recommend this brand.
